  • Responsible in growing new local enrollment on a cyclical basis, contributing to the yearly target.
  • Drive superior customer/ student experience.
  • Drive sales conversion from opportunities to enrollments.
  • To provide programme counselling to students and parents.
  • To attend walk-in, write-in, phone-in and email-in enquirers.
  • To approve new student applications as authorized by the campus chief executive.
  • To check dashboard in HEROS for own performance.
  • To confirm appointments.
  • To follow up with prospects who are not turn up for appointment.
  • To call new opportunities assigned daily.
  • To convert the unconverted leads into opportunities.
  • To attend departmental and general staff meetings.
  • To under-stake other tasks assigned by the Manager and the management from time to time.\\
  • Sales oriented and able to work independently.
  • Sales experience is an advantage. However, fresh graduates who are willing to sell can be considered.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good command of the English & Mandarin language.
