- Responsible in growing new local enrollment on a cyclical basis, contributing to the yearly target.
- Drive superior customer/ student experience.
- Drive sales conversion from opportunities to enrollments.
- To provide programme counselling to students and parents.
- To attend walk-in, write-in, phone-in and email-in enquirers.
- To approve new student applications as authorized by the campus chief executive.
- To check dashboard in HEROS for own performance.
- To confirm appointments.
- To follow up with prospects who are not turn up for appointment.
- To call new opportunities assigned daily.
- To convert the unconverted leads into opportunities.
- To attend departmental and general staff meetings.
- To under-stake other tasks assigned by the Manager and the management from time to time.\\
- Sales oriented and able to work independently.
- Sales experience is an advantage. However, fresh graduates who are willing to sell can be considered.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Good command of the English & Mandarin language.
